Alessi Slicer Metal Metal. Dimensions: L 20 x W 8.5 x H 8 cm. The Alba slicer was designed especially for truffles, a mysterious and delicious product of the Piedmont region. Created by UN Studio, the slicer’s curved design draws inspiration from the symbiosis created between the precious fungus and the roots of the tree with which it lives. It is a sculptural, functional and ergonomic object. Alba slices with incomparable finesse: it was imagined in partnership with the Centro Nazionale Studi del Tartufo and the International Alba White Truffle Fair. It has a wheel for adjusting its angled blade, allowing you to precisely choose your slice thickness. You can also use the Alba slicer to cut other fungi and small vegetables.
