Barboy Dresser - Panton 1963 by Verpan Blue

Verpan Dresser Blue Wood. Dimensions: Ø 38 cm x H 73 cm – Storage parts : H 36 cm (bottles) / H 16 cm (glasses) / H 8 cm. Barboy is a mobile storage piece produced in moulded wooden and comprising four cylindrical parts. Two of the elements swing out to function as tables. Verner Panton designed Barboy in 1963 when he was living in Basel, Switzerland. During this period, Panton was particularly interested in designing furniture that allowed greater flexibility in the interior design and he often mounted his designs on wheels.
