Each Tanucci piece is handmade and finished by master coppersmiths through the unique method of hand hammering that adds an incredible value and harmony to the pots and pans. The brass handles are elegant and easy to hold, while the interior is tin-lined, preventing copper from reacting with some type of foods and guaranteeing the best cooking performance. This process is performed by combining manual techniques with specialized equipment dedicated to the production of a professional line – any visible stain is the result of this process and does not constitute a defect in production.
