Edo derives from the Latin edere which means I eat, and also describes the ancient name of Tokyo, the capital of Japan. The designer likes to use pots and pans from Japan, as well as diverse utensils and ingredients from different places around the world to cook. This is why Edo is able to respond to the different changes in our society and is able to blend cultures. This lid (Ø 14 cm) is made from 18/10 stainless steel. It was designed to fit onto the saucepan from the Edo range. Its design is inspired by the Spanish origins of its designer: it has concave lines, similar to those of the traditional Basque beret.
