A little dream you can hold in your hand … With Morphose, French designer Constance Guisset creates a chimera cup that plunges us into a fantasy world. Constance Guisset reinvents the traditional coffee cup by deforming it slightly to create a fin with unreal colours suggesting a subtle diffusion of watercolour. Sensitive shape and evanescent colours, it becomes a wing open to the wind or a fin that dives and swims. This collaboration between ibride and Constance Guisset mixes two forms of writing, both different and parallel, inspired by the same themes: to use a language combining references to nature and the animal world, and give a deep artistic connection to objects to position them beyond design.
