Valérie Objects unveils Pepper & Salt: a collection of salt and pepper mills that offers a new take on this archetype of tableware. A minimalist, sculptural aesthetic for these mills designed by Muller Van Severen. The design duo reinterpreted the classic mill by redesigning its two basic parts – the head and cylinder – in two perfectly geometric shapes: a sphere and a cube. Real „table totems“, they juxtapose a coloured ABS cube with a stainless-steel sphere. The sphere turns to grind pepper or salt. Known as Muller Van Severen, the Flemish design duo Fien Muller and Hannes Van Severen work at the intersection of art and design. They are among the most prominent creators of the moment.
