Ultra-graphic, this candlestick has a solid geometric shape. Reversible, it can accommodate long candles or tealights. Tom Dixon pursues his artistic research inspired by post-consumer processes, the waste phenomenon and its management, and the recycling practices of used materials. The Swirl collection is made up of a material that imitates marble, made from industrial waste: recycled marble powder from sawmills. This powder is mixed with coloured pigments and resin. The material is then cut and turned by hand. The marble pattern provides superb mineral decoration. Through the pigmentation process, each piece has a unique pattern.
