With the Crispiz baking stone, your pizza will be deliciously crispy and cooked in just 5 minutes. When your pizza is ready, place it on the stone that has already been heated by being placed in the oven. This stone can be used in a traditional oven or on a barbecue: you'll impress your friends! Crispiz is the only baking stone made from a refractory material pierced with numerous holes. The refractory stone stores the heat for cooking similar to that of a traditional brick oven. In addition, the holes let the hot air cook the dough directly under the pizza and remove moisture: put a stop to the unpleasant feeling of „moist dough that has not been cooked enough“ in the centre of the pizza!
