Great for conserving the Wren population or reintroducing these small birds into a new area, this insulated box will be perfect for winter use. Boxes should be mounted no higher than 3.5ft, and should be hidden in the shrubbery. Do not place in direct sunlight and ensure the box is at least 32ft away from other wooden bird houses, and 10ft away from feeding houses. For upkeep, there is a key hole opening with a hinged door at the side of each bird box. Autumn is the best time to clean the bird house, which can be done with our bird table scraper – sold separately.
