Marimekko Dessert plate Brown Ceramic. Dimensions: 15 × 12 cm. The Musta tamma (black mare) pattern was created by Finnish textile designer Maija Isola (1927 – 2001), which is the origin of Marimekko's iconic floral pattern: Unikko. A designer and painter, Isola has often used the same motif in her paintings and textile creations. The Musta tamma pattern is inspired by Isola's childhood memories, when she imagined that she was running freely in the woods with a large group of horses.Cheerful, chic and graphic, the tableware collection by Marimekko brings life to your interior!
