The colour code lets you easily find your way to differentiate between the three main types of food (fish, meat, vegetables and cooked food) and, as such, reduce the transfer of bacteria. The boards are equipped with non-slip bases and stainless steel handles for easy handling. Designed to not damage knife blades, the textured chopping area allows for an excellent grip of food. After use, the boards can be stored away in their elegant rack where they will always be to hand. The rack holds the boards separately to allow the air to circulate for hygienic drying. The boards are dishwasher-safe. The rack can be cleaned using a damp cloth.
