The special feature of this light is that Berlin can be installed either as a ceiling light or as a wall light. It combines round shapes with a combination of metal and sandblasted glass. A round metal ring has a satin brass finish and holds a disc of wire mesh glass, through which the light of the two light bulbs shines. This creates direct lighting, which is simultaneously filtered through the glass diffuser. Pillet designed the Berlin light for the oldest Italian lighting manufacturer Oluce.
