features the concise geometric lines and the careful composition of the other

imposed. This insulated carafe keeps a drink hot for 12 hours, or cold for
24 hours. Ideal on any table, at home or in the office, so that you can always

shapes in the world of design, art and fashion, the Plissé collection boasts an
incomparable style and soul. These small household appliances will go down a
storm with fans of contemporary objects, with roots anchored in imagined, exotic
settings. Michele De Lucchi: The the knowing and creative use of pleats, the
stylists have sculpted the fabrics and created clothing that resembles
sculptures. Plissé is modelled on a sheet of paper and fashioned into a superb
haute-couture object by Alessi. The pleats form the shape, modelling and
structuring it, because a form without folds or pleats is just a formless
volume. The pleats transform simple 2D shapes into 3D objects. This pitcher is
composed of a main section fitted with a thermoplastic resin stopper, inside
which a double-walled insulated glass container is housed. The stopper has a
stainless steel button which enables the neck to be opened and closed. On the
main section, above the handle, there is a button which allows you to remove the
upper section of the carafe, so that you can remove the inner container. To
serve the drink, there's no need to unscrew or remove the stopper. To do this,
you simply need to press the button at the top of the stopper and pour. To close
it, press it again, to maintain the temperature inside the carafe as best as
possible. The precise design of the pouring spout means you can pour without any
mess or wayward droplets.
