On FAVI, you will find reviews of products and online stores only from real customers who have purchased the product and have experience with it.
Customers of online stores on FAVI that are part of the FAVI Extra program have the opportunity to rate both the product itself and the store where they purchased it after making a purchase. These collected reviews are then displayed on FAVI.
This advantage allows you to sort products on FAVI based on reviews. This way, you can easily see which items are highly rated by customers.
No, only customers who have purchased and received the product from an online store included in the FAVI Extra program can write a review. Customers who have purchased a product will receive a unique link to fill out the review form.
Search for the name of the online store on FAVI using the search bar, or find it in the list of stores included on FAVI. If the online store is part of the FAVI Extra program, you will find the average rating from other customers on its page.
The FAVI Extra badge, which we award to stores participating in this program, also provides insight into mutual trust on the store's pages.
definately a 2 person job , and I do like the way it looks in the garden , just found it annoying having so many nuts and bolts should have had 2 tiny spanners included
So far its been 100% nightmare buy. Wish i had gone to a problem free seller. Give good prices but crap aftersales services if something is wrong. Even had the nerve to say i would need to return parts at my cost, thats never happening their screw up their problem. Not my fault, but think it will end up at the trading standards office in town.
I have assembled a LOT of flatpack over the years. This is, by some margin, the worst piece of flatpack assembly 'furniture' I've ever come across. Hundreds of wood panels (every single individual slat needs assembly), hundreds of screws, dowels etc. Even worse, some of the holes (and there are 100's) don't even line-up. I gave up half-way through. It's now too complicated to send back. Don't purchase this product, unless you have a LOT of time to spare, and a LOT of patience.
