I’ve recently purchased a desk from you, and started to putting together the desk, only to find out half way through the job that some of the materials provided did not have the necessary holes in as documented in the instruction manual and needed to complete the desk. This meant I had to pay for a handy man to come round and use power tools to put this together, at significant extra cost to me. I purchased this desk because I do not possess experience in DIY skills and was led to believe from the description of the desk this would be simple and require nothing more than a screwdriver and hammer, this was misleading information. Secondly upon receiving the parts, some came damaged including the bottom panel of a drawer which was badly torn and so ruining the aesthetic of the desk. This is unacceptable when purchasing a brand new product and as such I will be looking for a partial refund on this product, not only for the damaged materials but for the additional cost incurred for having to pay for labour costs.
