Extremely bad quality of a product, missing parts. Such a waste of the time!!! Extremely disappointed

So awkward to assemble, had to drill extra holes to assemble. With hindsight would have been better to purchase a readymade wooden storage unit. Definitely wouldn't recommend

I was very pleased to find this as I have a small space, unfortunately when I received it was a total disaster. It has terrible instructions, I'm pretty savvy making such things, but they so bad. It has 50 plus separate components, needs 2 people to build it, the metal feels flimsy and has very sharp edges, gloves are supplied, bit you can't do diddly screws in gloves. The panels are protected by a cling film like costing which is good in principle, but took forever to peel off. Then as I started to build it became clear that it is unbuildable, as the panels don't match the dimensions in the instruction, screw holes don't line up. In fairness I am just I'm the process of asking for a refund so can't comment on the Vida XL response, but no item with those instructions should ever have been sent to a customer. Very frustrating.
