In the style of the old writing desks or industrial filing cabinets, this dresser has two coloured plastic curtain doors. The multitude of articulated slats form a repetitive pattern that’s geometric and highly graphic. In creating these curtain doors, the Danish designer had several sources of inspiration: the links of watch straps, the furniture of the 50s and even the travelators in airports! The doors slide flexibly in their entirety to give access to 100% of the furniture’s con­tents. The curtains are mounted on fully concealed runners. Reminiscent of the raw aesthetics of the industrial world, the curtains are fully brought up to date using trendy colours and through their association with natural wood.
